Effective 2026-08-10

Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

B2B template: Customer is controller of its clients’ data; Snikevent is processor under instructions.

Standard DPA template. Enterprise deals may require a signed copy and an explicit subprocessor / region schedule.

1. Roles

The Customer determines purposes and means of processing personal data of its clients and staff uploaded to the Service (controller).

Snikevent processes such data only to provide the Service under the offer and the Customer’s instructions (processor).

Service Operator: Snikevent, [Operator legal name: LLC / sole trader, registration ID, tax ID], address: [Operator registered address], email: info@snikevent.com, site: https://snikevent.com.

2. Subject and duration

Processing lasts for the term of the offer / Service use and includes collection, storage, use, disclosure to infrastructure subprocessors, and deletion.

Data subjects: Customer clients, contacts, Customer staff/contractors, and others the Customer enters into the Service.

Data categories: identity and contact data, project and financial fields as provided by the product; special categories must not be uploaded without a separate agreement.

3. Processor obligations

Process data only on documented Customer instructions (use of the Service constitutes instructions), unless law requires otherwise.

Ensure confidentiality of personnel and apply appropriate technical and organizational measures.

Notify the Customer of a personal-data security incident without undue delay after becoming aware of it.

On end of service, delete or return data on request, except copies retained where legally required.

4. Subprocessors

The Customer authorizes infrastructure subprocessors needed to run the cloud Service (hosting, DB, auth, email, payments).

A current list is available on request via the Operator’s email. Material changes are reflected in Service documentation where practical.

5. Data subject requests

The Customer handles requests from individuals it controls. The Operator provides reasonable assistance via export/delete features and clarifying responses.

6. Audit

On written request at most once per 12 months, the Operator provides high-level security information that does not disclose security secrets or other tenants’ data.

7. Precedence

If this DPA conflicts with the offer on personal-data processing, the DPA prevails. Accepting the offer and using the Service constitutes agreement to this DPA unless the parties sign a separate copy.
